(L) Delivery Policy
a. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you to either
i. change to other item;
ii. refund you the total amount of your order.

b. All the items are not returnable or exchangeable upon purchase.

c. You are required to contact our customer support team through Live Chat System in our website or Whatsapp once your order is placed in order to claim your item.

d. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1 business day of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Malaysia Time).
